LACTEO Network is a platform to promote the cheese industry in Latin America. We train artisanal cheesemakers in the region to better their products and have a bigger impact in their communities, while educating and empowering consumers to choose the best local and imported products. .
We provide services for Latin American and foreign producers in the region, as well as services beyond Latin America to European and US-based companies looking to access the growing market in the region and/or to create strategies to serve migrant Latin American consumers.
